There are fixed weekly shifts from Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai in China to Sydney and other ports in Australia. For local delivery in Australia, we entrust the local delivery company AUSTWAY EXPRESS to carry out delivery. At present, I have cooperated with them for 3 years. After we receive the customer’s goods in our warehouses in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Ningbo, we will weigh and label the goods, then load the goods into containers, and then ship them to Australia through the shipping company. Our Australian colleagues will carry out customs clearance for the goods. After customs clearance, they will pull the goods to our warehouse in Australia, where they will be delivered to the staff of AUSTWAY EXPRESS. Before the delivery, we will ask the customer to collect the freight, and wait for the customer to pay the full freight, then we will arrange the delivery.
Before, a customer asked us to transport his 6cartons from Zhengzhou, China to MEL1 Amazon warehouse in Australia. At that time, we arranged logistics to pick up the goods from his supplier, and then shipped the goods from Shenzhen to Australia. It took about 30 days for the goods to be picked up from our supplier and put into the warehouse. Before the goods arrived at the warehouse, we sent the payment link to the customer and asked him to pay the freight.Our customs clearance is for the whole container of goods, so there will be no separate tax bill for the customer.
