On October 12th, we received an inquiry from a Canadian customer. He had a 40hq product to be shipped from Yangzhou, China to Amazon YOW1 warehouse in Canada. He asked if we could provide the FCL shipping service, and by the way, we also did the customs clearance of the back end of the goods. After receiving the customer’s inquiry at that time, we asked the customer for the specific Yangzhou factory address, product package size, total number of cases and weight. According to the data provided by the customer, we quoted the price of 860cartons 96*28.5*28cm 7052KG to the customer the next day: 10000USD+ tariff. After receiving our quotation, the customer finally replied to us after several days of negotiation, hoping to reduce the price to 9900USD+ tariff. After accounting, we thought we could do it, so we agreed to the customer. The above quotation includes: local charge in China, delivery charge in Canada, customs clearance charge in Canada and insurance. After we send the final quotation to the customer in PDF format, the customer will send us the contact information of the Yangzhou factory, and we will discuss with the company about the specific delivery time. Then arrange the corresponding ship. The final cargo was duly loaded on board, transported by sea to Vancouver, and finally transferred by rail to Toronto. Our staff in Toronto will clear the goods and then tray them separately in our Toronto warehouse. After that, trucks will be arranged to deliver the goods to yow1 warehouse. Before delivery, we will urge the customer to pay us the freight and tariff, which shall be subject to the customs clearance form we provide to him. After the final customer pays, we will send the POD of the goods back to the customer.
Many Amazon warehouses in Canada can be delivered outside, such as YYC1/YYZ1 and so on.
