Two days later, the customer told us that the goods were relatively small this time and asked us if the price could be lower. Because we have been cooperating with this customer for two years, and the shipping quotation has not been returned to us basically before, so we see that he also has difficulties this time, and the freight is also cheaper for them. After the customer gets our reply, he will immediately ask us for the account number, first pay part of the freight, and then let us start to arrange his goods. The following steps are as you know. We pick up the goods at the factory, then send the goods to the warehouse in Shanghai and wait for loading. Finally, the goods arrive in Genoa, Italy after 40 days of sea transportation.Our colleague in Genoa mentioned that the containers would be unpacked one after another and sent an email to the consignee to ask him to clear the goods and make an appointment for delivery. After the goods are delivered, we will ask the consignee for a receipt to prove that the goods have been delivered. Finally, the receipt will be sent back to the consignee. After receiving the receipt, the consignee will transfer the remaining balance to our account. The transportation of the goods took about 50 days in total.
