The customer felt that there was no problem with the price, so he gave us the contact information of the factory. Then we got in touch with the factory and arranged the time to pick up the goods. At the appointed time, we ask logistics to deliver the goods to our warehouse in Shanghai, and finally load the goods into containers destined for Los Angeles in our warehouse in Shanghai. Generally, we order shipping companies such as EMC/COSCO/ONE/CMA/MASON for the containers to The West of The United States, and the ships will arrive at the port about 20 days after departure. The cargo was shipped by COSCO and arrived at the port of Los Angeles 18 days later. Before the goods arrive at the port, we will inform the consignee in advance to clear the goods. After arriving at the Port of Los Angeles, our agent in the port area will pick up the containers and complete the detanking in the warehouse of the port of Los Angeles. After the detanking, our American staff will inform the customer to pick up the goods.
In the above cases, we only took charge of the services of picking up goods in China + export customs declaration + maritime transportation for the customer.
